Song Of Restoration [pve]
i was wondering whether song of restoration recharge time could be dropped to 10 seconds or 15 seconds recharge as opposed to its 20 or 30 ec recharge...

I believe it was actually 15 seconds recharge 5 energy before it got hit the first time.
I'm not really bothered if it gets reverted or not to be honest though. |

It's already an effective healing skill in PvE, soo. I don't think it matters much.
